We recently bought a truck from Autos Direct and had a great experience. Our sales rep, Gary “The Pro” was helpful—he had three trucks brought up to the front and ready for us to test drive, which made the process easy and efficient. When it came time to negotiate, we didn’t get a “steal,” but the price was fair and they were willing to come down from the original listing since we chose to finance. On top of that, we received a $500 rebate toward a three-year warranty, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the process was smooth, low-pressure, and professional. We’d definitely consider buying from Autos Direct again in the future.
